Kao was amazing. After a shaky start with an online order and a couple of very unhelpful responses from staff members Kao was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to rectify our order. Would definitely order again just because of Kao!!

I had a very disappointing experience with my kids’ pizza order at Pizza Hut Express. The food quality was far below expectations, and it was not prepared with the care and freshness we usually associate with Pizza Hut. My kids were excited for their meal, but unfortunately the order was poorly made, and it left us very unsatisfied. As a customer, I believe families should feel confident ordering meals for their children that are both fresh and enjoyable. After seeing an advertisement for 2 Large Supreme 10 topping pizza's for $12.00 bucks each, my stomach starting growling with approval. I placed my order by phone and was advised that the large was only for certain states, California excluded, however for $2 bucks more I could get the offer . I drove to the Elk Grove store which is a 22 mile round trip and approached the counter. When it was all added up I was told the amount would be $72 dollars and change.
