We had a very positive experience with the staff at this location today. We ordered the family dinner box (two pizzas, wings, and either breadsticks or cheesy bread), and I brought my 4-year old girl to help me pick it up. As I was loading my little girl into the truck, the pizza slipped out of my hands and the box opened up as it all fell onto the parking lot. I was devastated…$40 in food that just slipped out. We are here at 12:45. In the afternoon. Saturday. Nobody working at Pizza Hut. Talked to the manager. He says they took the employee that works at Pizza Hut to work the cash register at target. Might as well close the pizza hut for good. Or at least put a closed sign up. Very aggravating.
