I am extremely disappointed with my Pizza Hut experience. I placed an order over two hours ago and still have not received my food. When I contacted customer service, I was told they didn’t have the tools to check the status of my order and could only submit a report. This is completely unacceptable. Pizza Hut accepted my payment, but no one can tell me where my order is, whether it is coming, or when I will receive a refund. I need this issue resolved immediately and a full refund for the order I never received.
I love the friendly staff.
Girl at counter asked me if I wanted to play carnival. She sits on my face and I guess her weight. If I was correct 50% discount on pizza. She said I hope you like the smell of anchovies. Needs to trim bush. Will go back again in the future.
