The staff at this location are the worst. They were too busy sitting in the back eating lunch rather than serving customers at the counter. I had to physically walk around the register to ask an employee to check me out. One of the employees sitting in a chair hollered from the back that she would be right there. When the employee came to the counter, she didn’t greet me, and was very rude checking me out. After she finished the transaction, I politely said “ thank you”. I arrived to this facility to pick up my to go order around 8:45pm. The dining experience at this establishment was unfortunately marred by persistent issues with the quality of the food. Despite initially receiving an undercooked personal pan pizza, which prompted a return and a request for resolution, the subsequent attempt to rectify the situation fell short.
