Today. July 12th at 6:30 pm, we walked into this Pizza Hut and was greeted by Shawn behind the counter, who yells, "You might as well leave and go somewhere else. You are going to get 'piss poor' service because no one will come in to work and I can't cut pizzas and serve you. Ordered pizza and wings. After an hour and 15 minutes and still no pizza, called and the girl said something didn't get put in the oven and that the delivery driver just left. Delivery driver showed up looking/acting higher than a kite. Took an hour and a half. Learn some customer service, call the customer and let them know what's going on. Didn't offer an apology, partial refund or anything. Will be a long time before we order again if ever.
Place has gone to hell! Not the same old hut! Waiter sucked! No sign on jukebox saying its broke and wont give you your money back after you put it in. No salad bar. No beer on tap!!! Food barely edible. Prices gone way up!! Needs mgt change. Come on man or Corporate surely needs to step in.
