I ORDERED MY PIZZA AT 10:30pm AND IT NEVER GOT DELIVERED SO I CALLED AT 11:10PM AND THE MANAGER NICK HATHAWAY SAID THAT HE CALLED ME BECAUSE THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH HIS CAR, SO I ASKED WHEN WAS MY ORDER WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED AND HE SAID THAT THEY ARE NOW CLOSED SO IT WILL BE NOT DELIVERED SO I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL COME PICK IT UP AMD HE SAID NO, SO I ASKED WHERE MY FOOD WAS AND HE SAID THAT THE THREW IT IN A DONATION BUN FOR THE HOMELESS . a coworker placed an order 2 hours ago, was kept on hold for 10-20 minutes only for the manager to argue with said coworker aggressively about when their order was placed, the order details on their phone infront of them. would not recommend. will never work with this location again.

I would like to suggest that SOME WHERE SOME PLACE on your web page or your store receipts. YOU should tell your customers that the charge will show up on their credit card statement as NPC INTERNATIONAL because i went into panic mode when i saw the charge on my statement knowing I didn't make any purchase today and did not recognize npc, and it was only in the middle of filing the dispute, that the bank told me it was a restaurant and i put two and two together (with the amount charged) and realized it was pizza hut, FROM 3... read more

I ordered a pizza with extra meat ball you know they cut them in half and we a get a pizza with barely any sauce and like 2 half meatballs on each piece you could not even see the sauce it sucked
