Worst experience ever. We are officially done eating at pizza hut. My pizza was 30 mins late and then when it arrived it had bacon all over it (I don't eat pork). I didn't even bother calling because when I did for an eta I had the most uninterested employee pick up who was like your pizza will be there but I have no idea when. My business is going to domino's always from now on. Pizza Hut has gone down the drain and the location on Hebron is the absolute worst. I would give zero stars if I could.
I'm so frustrated. Ordered online it said it would arrive at 830pm. I just got my pizza and it's 9:12. Not only that but then it was smashed. I called twice and all the guy could say is the driver on it's way. The representative on the phone never apologized for inconvenience or anything. Ridiculously bad service.
don t order from them!! website gave totally wrong time. when I went to pick up my order they told me 35 minutes. when I went back again they told me another 10 minutes to even put in the oven. lied to my face. thankfully I didn't pay when I went in the first time. no discount or beverage offered!! any completely out of bacon. went to cicis instead !
An hour and a half after NOT receiving our order I started calling. I called 8 TIMES! Finally someone answered "Thank you for calling Pizza Hut we are not taking order" AND PROCEEDED TO HANG UP ON ME! WTH?! Your customer service sucks! I made sure to email your corporate as well! Domino's will gladly get our business moving forward!
I ordered pan and got hand tossed, the cheese ALMOST made it to the crust, they were really dry. 50 bucks for 4 pizzas (not including delivery tip)???? It took an hour, not worth it. Forget this place, never again for us. Go somewhere else. I'd give less than one star if it was an option.
We ordered cheese lovers but somehow they thought we said ultimate cheese lovers and wrecked all our pizzas by not putting pizza sauce on them. Apparantly if they think you say "ultimate" that means you means no sause. Not going to order from a place who is not honest againt.
