Ordered my food and took forever to get here, they said they were busy so I brushed it off and got my pizza. I open the pizza and it’s literally cold, cheese was hard and not even melted in some parts. Chicken bites were just thrown in the container with some sauce on top not even mixed all together. Ordered again and just got the Same thing again. Cold pizza and half done chicken bites.
Food arrived 30 mins later than expected time of delivery. When we called to see where it was the lady on the phone was rude. When the food was delivered we were missing an order of wings and had to call the store again. Was told we would be waiting another 45 mins for the wings. Very disappointed with tonight's service.
RecommendedWe dined in on a Sunday. The food was great and the front cashier person Jasmine was nice. We ordered garlic knots, stuffed crust meat lovers pie and it was all great. I'd suggest not expecting top quality customer service but why would you? Its Clarksville. We're definitely going again.
Pizza showed up 35 minutes late and ice cold. Been on hold for more 10 minutes trying to call the store about it.
Were the only people on the restaurant and we had to ask to be waited on and order was gotten wrong because waitress did not write anything down. Had another couple come in they never got waited on and finally got up and left. Manager needs to get a hold on this one before it ends his store!

Manager is definitely not trained on what customer service means. All the employees there need to get trained in customer service skills. The manager himself hanged up the phone on me twice because according to him i was being difficult for complaining about a pizza that I didn’t order and nobody eats in my home. I have had issues with this store previously, cold food, delivery takes 2 hours and similar things. But I learned my lesson!! Papa johns is going to weekly pizza people!!

Wilma Rudolph and Tiny town Pizza Hut need to get their crap together! I live 2.4 miles from both stores, directly in between them! Unfortunately neither deliver to me... Very rude, I’ve lost all faith in Pizza Hut! Luigi’s pizza for life!
