Never had to leave a negative review at Pizza Hut, until now. Ordered a "Pan Pizza" receipt says "Pan." Called the store and they confirmed it's a pan pizza, but it is "fresh." It's not crispy, no oil, very doughy, not enjoyable. My wife won't eat it. The cinnamon sticks are pan. How do I avoid this next time? Do I make a special request? Order from a different store? Avoid Pizza Hut?
Since a little boy Pizza Hut thin and crispy with extra sauce has held a special place in my heart. So when they mess it up like they did today it breaks my heart! The crust was burnt. They didn't put any sauce in my pizza. I even tipped them. smh Won't be going that way anymore.
Pizza has been inconsistent. Ordered a hand tossed and half of the pizza looked like a thin crust. The pizza also had little to no sauce. In this case, a little does not go a long way. lol
