Visited on one of their promotion days, although they were swamped the team handled the challenge accordingly. Manager was unprofessional and shifting blame because they didn't do anything order correct and left the customer items off.. customer paid via dd and order was $29.30 cash on delivery... I was the unfortunate person to accept the order and the unprofessional, unaccountibilty from the Manager was eye opening and alarming. So not only did I not get paid the Manager was repeatedly shifting blame on me when the customer explained he only had an $100 bill and I only had $30 dollars cash which the app asked to carry...
