These employees are under staffed and under appreciated, a large mushroom, olive, and tomato slice pizza just for me, they're people just like us have patience, thank you pizza hut employees, you made my dinner and my night. :)
Left our food sitting on the counter (not under heat) for over 10 minutes, while they remade a pizza they messed up. When questioned they said it "should be fine to eat". We were told the remake would take 5 minutes. Took closer to 15 minutes. No apologies, just rolled eyes. While waiting for the pizzas, we observed the staff eating while cutting pizzas, not acknowledging customers as they entered or approached the counter.
