The only Pizza Hut I've been to that goes above and beyond for their customers. I usually go for lunch on Tuesday. The customer service staff is always polite and very helpful.
Received a generic response from George Galan, Area Coach for Pizza Hut South OC, that offered nothing of substance. I paid $20 for a pizza that was poorly prepared—the cheese had an unpleasant burnt or undercooked taste. When I contacted the store, it was clear they had no interest in making the situation right. Refused to cut my personal pizza.
Fast service and good quality pizza. :-)
Ordered dinner for us and they wanted to try the stuffed crust. Very dissatisfied. I feel like I just threw $20 away. Will never order Pizza Hut again.
