They tell you the food will be ready ASAP. Then you wait for over an hour. Light on sauce, heavy on salt.
The only Pizza Hut I've been to that goes above and beyond for their customers. I usually go for lunch on Tuesday. The customer service staff is always polite and very helpful.
Received a generic response from George Galan, Area Coach for Pizza Hut South OC, that offered nothing of substance. I paid $20 for a pizza that was poorly prepared—the cheese had an unpleasant burnt or undercooked taste. When I contacted the store, it was clear they had no interest in making the situation right.
