Service was great this evening!! The last time my husband picked up our order, it took a lot longer than the estimated time. This visit was on time and I was waited on quickly. The pizza was good this evening as well. The interior of the building is outdated and depressing though.

I would really like to understand what's so complicated about putting sauce on the wings and then shaking them. It's not the customers job to shake the wings and make sure they're coated with the tea spoon of sauce you drizzle in the bottom of the container.

Pick up is an hour wait once you get there and in line.

Carryout order said it was ready on the app when I arrived. The person in front of me was helped but when I got the counter the employee went to the back. I waited for about 10 minutes before looking and seeing them on their phone with my pizza sitting ready. I attempted to walk behind the counter myself and was stopped and then finally helped. I can’t help but feel it was discrimination based on the staff’s behavior toward the more culturally similar customer ahead of me and their ignorance of me. Terrible service, I though... read more
