u enter the store and door would make a noise to let the employees know u are here but then all 3 employees ignore u and continue working at the back. they will look at u but still continue to ignore u. bad service. also when i went home and got my pizza, it was not cut all the way so i had a little hard time seperating the slices. also my stuffed crust is smaller compared to ones i ordered on other locations
Tell me why I order a pizza for delivery but when I get it half if burnt. I was only able to finish half because the other half was burt. Why didn't I take a picture of the whole pizza. Cuz it didn't occur to me to post a review until I had eaten what I could of it 🤦♂️
Amazing deals
The gentleman who is a manager working at the location today hung up in my face and called me a racial slur, the pizza ordered was sent Burnt , the wrong soda was delivered in the incorrect size , cinnamon rolls didn't come and wings were plain and ordered sweet chili . Placed order June 25,2026 it came June 26, 2026 at 1:35 am and the pizza hut team cared less . Ticket number #0149
I love Pizza Hut It was the only pizza I ordered since a teenager. Because of this store and its manager, Pizza Hut has lost me as a lifelong customer. I submitted a proper complaint to corporate and they never got back to me. It makes me sad that you only reply to each comment on here to cya. Looks good from a quick glance, but you really don’t care about your customers.
