I placed an order for carry out for later in the day. They made my order early and told me they’d have to cancel the order and I’d have to replace the order and be charged again. They did refund the initial order. But it is aggravating as I didn’t have enough money to place another order.
While I love Pizza Hut pizza. This location is absolutely awful. I placed an order and the delivery driver (door dash) or Pizza Hut failed to deliver an item I ordered. After days of not hearing from anyone after reaching out to Pizza Hut initially I had to reach out again. When I finally did get a hold of someone I was told they could not refund my card. Let this be your initial warning... they will not refund card payments. They offered me a credit to use at this location only and it would have to be placed over the phone.... read more
