Very disappointed in pizza hut, I spent 35 dollars pretty much so my family could eat, I originally ordered for carryout then called to switch it to delivery, and after 2 hours of waiting nothing showed up cause they couldn't find a washer and then they canceled my order due to technical difficulties 11th I
Dustin was quick, friendly, and efficient. Thank you so much for you team’s hardworking!
Just want to share my appreciation for Dimitri and Harvey at the E Central Entrance location in Duluth MN. They went that extra mile to get my order to me.
Excellent everything
As of today, they have only 1 person to cook, manage the dining room, manage the front desk, and facilitate all DoorDash and pick up orders. And we’re talking about during the lunch hour. This is simply not a fair expectation of anyone and it translates into poor service for the customer. My Pickup order was 25 minutes late. And the poor guy was doing the best that he could. If you can’t properly staff your restaurant, you should only be open on the days that you can.
