This is the 3rd time I have ordered delivery from this store. The first time I ended up having to drive there and pick up my food over an hour after it should have been delivered. I was refund plus still given my order. The 2nd time everything was great but this time I was missing my salad and marinara. When I call tye store I get transferred to a call center instead of the problem just being addressed directly. Ordered pizza online through their app. A few minutes later a received a message saying doordash will be delivering my order ( iv never used door dash). No big deal time passes and I look on the app it says my order is 5 minutes away. Great, then i check my text and click the link for tracking and the door dasher cancelled my order. Pizza delivery was 25 minutes late from promised time.
Our order came. The pasta wasn't covered with a lid and when the delivery guy dropped it it went everywhere. Then they forgot our garlic sticks. Then when we tried to call about these issues we found out that they outsourced their calls to a call center. We asked to be connected to The store. We are still waiting for them to pick up the phone. Reply to customer care. I did all that already and still haven't heard back it's been about 6 days
