I ordered 1 Big New Yorker Pepperoni Pizza and 2 Oven Baked Italian Meats. I wanted it delivered, but was told they didn't have any delivery drivers. When I arrived to pick up my order the manager would not give me my military discount because I didn't include it in my order. She was very rude and refused to give me any discount. I asked her name. Pizza Hut in Springfield, TN never disappoints. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious, but what truly sets this location apart is the people who work there. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and consistently provides great customer service, making every visit a pleasant experience. Their stuffed crust pizza is hands down the best in town—perfectly cheesy and cooked just right every time. This is my go-to spot in Springfield whenever I’m craving pizza to go. Highly recommend!!!
