I have given enough time for this establishment to correct their wrongdoings and they replied to this review asking me to please email them personally and provided an email… I email them and ZERO RESPONSE!!!!! I need to call my bank and dispute this charge because I didn’t receive MY order and I was MISSING MULTIPLE ITEMS!!! So my next steps are dispute the charges and file a complaint with Pizza Hut corporate office and The BBB! I refuse to allow you to steal money from me! I am BEYOND UPSET!!!!!! Sunday, June 28th,2026 around 4pm-6pm I ordered a large meal for my family and I to a hotel (Springhill suites by Marriott)… I ordered Pizzas, Chicken Pasta, wings, cinnamon rolls and 4 bottles of Dr Pepper… I paid in full and also left a $10 tip… The food arrived and I immediately noticed my drinks were not delivered.. Buyer beware! I received my order and it was missing some items. I called and talked to a girl that said she was the assistant manager. She wouldn't give me her name and became annoyed when I said I couldn't drive to the store to get my items and wanted a refund. She sighed into the phone clearly annoyed when I said just give me a refund, which she had offered as an option, and she said oh I can't do that until tomorrow.
