Asking for a tip when I come to pick up my own food is ridiculous, especially when the foods paid for, and I already selected no tip on said online order. I understand you can get boomers money doing that because they’re old and full of Diet Pepsi but not a normal customer.. Asking for a tip during a pick up, after it’s already paid and selected no tip, is a really easy way to lose a customer as well as create a hostile environment for the customer.
