Beyond awful!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would! Place my order for pick up and the location has moved they haven’t even updated the address. Only has one table but some lady just sitting there like a complete psycho watching I guess her bf or husband I’ve seen her before at the last location the woman never leaves My pizza was cold I guess the warmer doesn’t work they had it in a bag if I could go to a different store I would but sadly it’s closest one to my house. Tried ordering for delivery online at 7 pm. There is no special holiday or holiday hours posted and it said it was open til 11 pm online. Tried calling the restaurant because it wouldn’t process my order and I was hung up on twice after saying it was for delivery. Pulled up to the restaurant at 7:50 pm and they are completely closed. Worst customer service!
Tried to order on hold over 10 minutes. Worst pizza hut. Michael was unprofessional and rude when finally got on line
I been trying to make an order and whoever answered the phone, just hanging up on me I just wanna make and order THATS all I’m spending around 50 or more in this location every week well I guess I take my money to Dominos I’m pretty sure they don’t have a problem to take my order. Bad customer service wasted time
App isn’t working Tried calling but they couldn’t hear me Called back after third time they finally transferred me and then no one answered the phone
