Made a phone order for a pizza. When I arrived for pickup and asked for some parmesan, I was told they no longer give any with an order, but I could purchase some for a $ 1.25. How dumb can they get?
I have not been to Pizza Hut in well over 15 years for reasons of dissatisfaction with them on many levels. All I can say is WOW. I went to the Claremore location on a whim and it was the best I have probably ever had. The Claremore store definitely redeemed your reputation Pizza Hut! I have not had such good quality food and service from a store since the early 90s, and this location is super clean and well maintained. Staff is rude and slow. They have a disgusting fan blowing into the kitchen where food is boxed. Food is basic and not that impressive.
