I was given the wrong pizza, tried to call to let them know and was hung up on multiple times. I will NOT be back. We couldn't even eat the incorrect order due to religious and dietary reasons.
It Was So Delicious And We Enjoyed It
After a long time, we decided to give Pizza Hut another chance. I'm not sure what changed at this location, but the quality has gone way up. Everything looked and tasted fresh, not old, as in my repeated past experiences. I haven't enjoyed Pizza Hut like this in almost six years. If this level of quality continues, I will be ordering a lot more often.
I was in Tuesday 12/3/24 and picked up our online order service was fine, and our order was ready. We had 2 pizzas, a melt and cheese breadsticks. My issue was when we get home we discover all of the pizzas and breadsticks are overdone/burnt. We tried the new tavern style pizza but the crust was tough and hard to eat. I don't usually leave reviews but felt this needed one. On a good note the melt was good. Will be awhile before we go back.
