The manager, Jessica, went above and beyond for me when I was having trouble using my Hut rewards. She didn't have to offer extra assistance, but did, and then some!!! Top notch employees also with nice attitudes and a smile! Thank you team!!!
Drivers dont read the delivery instructions, people making the orders dont pay attention to timed orders, make them, and send them out 4 hours early. Management obviously doesn't care enough to fix the issues
The absolute worse experience in any type of "fast food" we've ever had. Got our ordered completely wrong on their clearly messed up website. It didn't even take our phone number correctly.. mozzarella sticks were raw. Didn't receive a whole supreme pizza with extra ,paid for, toppings clearly shown on the receipt. Lost our entire 24 and piece chicken wing order. And refused to do anything to rectify the situation. Had no problem with my payment method for $137.00. Run to literally ANYWHERE else. Place is absolutely awful.
