Messed up my order. Wouldn't fix it over the phone. Submitted two Support forms across several weeks, nobody has reached out. Went into the store and an employee told me 'This isn't my usual store, I don't care' and wouldn't fix the problem. Started another Support form, they said again they'll reach out again (they won't). Called a different store, they said they couldn't help because the systems are separated. If there is an issue with your order, this store is seemingly unable to resolve it. Don't order from here.

Corporate is failing this store hard. You need to hire more people on the weekends the wait time is insane. As they say, theres no outwaiting the hut
