When you’ve been on the road all day, Google says you’re open until 11:00 PM, the Pizza Hut app says 11:00 PM, your website says 11:00 PM, and the sign on the door says 11:00 PM…you don’t expect to walk in at 9:40 PM and be told, “We’ve already cleaned everything up, and we’re not accepting any more customers because we close at 10:00.” That is incredibly disappointing customer service.
