I deliver doordash and honestly, everytime I come to this resturaunt to pick up and order, there is always someone just walking around in the back and it seems like there is only 1 employee working so the order takes along time, for instance, I am standing in the restaurant waiting for my order and I have been here since 5:30pm, it is now 6:00 pm .... how long does it take to make 2 pizzas and 8 wings

This is not a typical Pizza Hut Restaurant from back in the days. What you order is what you get, meaning, no one will sit you, no refills on drinks, and self service. The tables are not clean. No one will bring your pizza on a stand with reusable plates, nor will they have an open salad bar. The atmosphere is sad. The bathrooms are run down to the point that the door has to be lifted to close. Moth landing on our pizza, no clean place to sit, and some staff members are rude. First time ordering from here. I ordered a cheese crafted flats pizza as carry out at 3:11 and picked it up at 3:23. It was barely warm, and very dry. It seems like the pizza had been sitting around for hours. It was so dry there was no grease in the cheese. I ate it because I was hungry but it was the most unenjoyable pizza I have ever had. Of course I didn't discover this until I brought my food back and did not have time to call and get a new one.
