Store was crazy busy with personal pan deals, but manager, Austin, managed to make calls and pizzas with a smile. Staff was killing it trying to keep up without complaint. Will def be back when in town for work.
Samantha, the manager laughed at me when my order was wrong! Told me it wasn't her concern. Then hung up on me! Pizza Hut replaced the pizza, but with something of less value and not delivered! Not cheese crust. I paid for both. Samantha is a pathetic manager, and doesn't understand the meaning of customer service! Dont worry, when these videos are placed, her store will plummet in ratings and her name will be well known! There's a right way and a wrong way to speak to people, and she hasn't been taught the right way. Shame ... read more
