They Cook their pizza greasy and made my stomach hurt badly and I heard people same way too. They need to do something about it
The pizza hut in Pontiac IL is the worst place I have ever ordered a pizza in my life. The food is okay at best but the staff and manager are absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with. When you call to complain about an issue with the food the manager thinks his job is so secure he can't be fired so he gets ignorant with customer cursing and yelling instead of just correcting the issue for the customer. I live 30 minutes out of town and picked up my carry out order when I got home I realized that I didn't have the correct order. I called the store and got no apologies and I had to ask what they were going to do for me! The manager on duty offered to remake my order which I wasn't interested in driving back to town to pick up so he offered $20 on account for my next order. This is the most immaculate pizza hut i have ever had the pleasure of putting in my mouth !!!! don't listen to the negative one star reviews. they are just haters i ordered a large pizza and boyyy it was large alright ! so much sauce and toppings as well! not to mention the sweet girl that took my order went above and beyond to make sure she understood everything i wanted ! i'm going to come here again for sure!!!!
