Screw pizza hut in Washington Pennsylvania. They suck. They don't answer the phone. Don't notate anything in your account and they hired a company in Texas to answer the calls and when you call the store they ignore the phones. Worst business ever

So I will never be going to this Pizza Hut ever ever again I found a cooked cockroach in my pizza and they would not refund it at all Must go to canonsburg Pizza Hut for now on

Walks off to the back as im coming in the door! When Inhad a SCHEDULED pickup. Made me late. Then got to car & pizza was half @ss cut! Had to go back in and be made even later!🤬

Ordered a pan pizza here about a half hour before they closed for takeout. The box was incredibly heavy, and we found this was because the pizza was loaded with way too much sauce and cheese, and barely cooked. The cheese wasn't even melted. By the time we got it home, the site was closed, so we couldn't have another pizza made. We tried to just revive it in our oven, but it spilled everywhere. We contacted Pizza Hut for a refund, but all we received was an automated reply from the franchise owner that they'd take the feedba... read more
