Food burnt called and they offered to remake but I was told that's the way the pasta bowls come out so why would I ever go back. Pizza also with burnt toppings and crust. I wont go back to pizza hut again!!!
When I arrived at the restaurant for the pickup, I was told that the customer had already paid, even though it was a cash-on-delivery order. I was supposed to collect the payment from the customer, but since the payment had already been made at the restaurant, the staff didn't give me any money. I picked up the order and left—I just got out of there because they started arguing with me. Later, I spoke to the customer and asked, "Why did you pay there?
