2 HOURS!! THEY SENT IT VIA DOORDASH AND IT TOOK OVER AND HOUR TO DELIVER. 2 HOURS FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY!!! Completely unacceptable!
I just moved here and placed my first order. The person who answered the phone was the manager, not an employee, and she had an impatient and irritated attitude. When she noticed my accent/language, she became even ruder to me. I honestly felt discriminated against and would even say her behavior came across as racist. I don’t understand how someone can manage a business and employees while treating customers that way. If that is how she treats customers, I can’t imagine how she treats her employees.
