They fixed everything when I complained they try so hard when come be patient and make sure you’re respectful
Currently on hold for the past 10 minutes. I keep hearing people talking in the background, I'm hanging up. I guess they don't want the money, lol.
First of all and most importantly the manager/only staff I see is very rude. Every encounter. Then IT'S ALWAYS a wait, which I can understand because ppl love pizza. But to have to wait at least 5-7 minutes plus that stank attitude is unacceptable. Depending on what time of day it is I will not accept orders from Pizza Hut just a shame because we're all out here trying to make a dollar out of 15 cent
Every delivery I've made has been great! Pizza tastes amazing each time. Also, my boneless Honey bbq wings were so tender and fresh. Very satisfied these past few months! Don't sleep on the cinnamon sticks !
Nehemiah is the most dedicated and going above and beyond employee tuscaloosa has to offer! Stayed open extra long just to make sure I got my food when no delivery drivers
