Website is always messed up
This is a Saturday we’re they’re busy as heck and the pizza still look this good! Bravo team! I don’t get the haters because you’re still one of my favorite Pizza Hut in several states.
Requires a 37.1% tip on a pickup. No tips for pick-up. This is ridiculous.
Very frustrating experience. The hours on the website were wrong—they opened two hours later than listed. I placed an order for pickup at a specific time, but still had to wait 30 more minutes after I arrived. To make matters worse, the woman making the pizzas clearly had no idea what she was doing. She messed up multiple orders while I was there, including ours. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.
