The only thing good about the order was the delivery driver. The food was nasty and burnt to the point of being black in areas and crunchy.
I wash picking up an order around 9:30pm, as I'm walking in i can see literally all three staff in office talking. Btw they saw me when I walked by the window. I go to counter, a guy walks out and starts working on some order, and then took 5 minutes to turn around and give me the order that had been ready sitting there, while the female employee sat in office doing nothing the whole time.... customer service in 2024, I did a better job at jobs like this in highschool.

The ceos of pizza hut are greedy or incompetent. Pay people more so u have more than one worker doing everything. People are good the business trash 🗑🚮
They don't carry packets of peppers or cheese at this location. Take 5 minutes to go to another location that still does
