Food I got was good, the main issue was that I ordered extra ranch with my online order. When I arrived I asked the young lady working if all ranch packets were there. She said yes, I got home and 1 ranch was there. Food wasn’t the issue, more of the service that needs improvement
I was just there last night and saw the GM guiding a new hire and approved. I have ordered food here 4 times and have never been disappointed. I don't know if there was poor management before but they got a good GM now!
Food is always hot and ready on time. The staff environment is friendly and welcoming. Stacy is the best.
Used to like Pizza Hut years ago and then stopped going for a while but this specific Pizza Hut has made me enjoy Pizza Hut again. First, the customer service at this location is always top tier and secondly my pizza always turns out well here! Love the thin and crispy one. The General Manager Jacob, Stacey and Julian are always so great and really go above and beyond for customers!!
