Every time I order from this location, I am charged for dipping sauce, but never receive it. I called and asked to speak with the manager who assured me I would get my dollar back, and I after I let him know that I did not really care about the $.85. I just wanted him to instruct his crew to double check the orders before they are sent out. He hung up on me. Terribly rude. I won’t order from the store again. Older heavy set Grey haired employee intentionally withheld my food for 20 minutes on purpose. Very unprofessional
Ordered 4 pan pizzas for the $2 Tuesday special. Arrived at scheduled time, my order said it was ready on the screen but the employee said it would be 10 more mins. 25 mins later I'm told my order is ready but its not my order (same first name, different last name). They couldn't find my order, either they never made it or gave it to someone else. At that point they didn't have any more personal pizzas.
