My grandson was looking forward to lunch at this Pizza Hut. It had been a long time since we had gone there. Upon entering, we were asked if we were there for pickup. I said that we were dining in the restaurant and we sat down in a nearby booth. The man who asked this then totally ignored us while he helped others coming in for carryout orders. This is ridiculous. Five people standing in the store and I’ve been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for my food. Manager is running and wasting time. Complete waste of money today. Employees standing around on their phones and lying about when food is coming out. Absolutely ridiculous. I need a refund. I ordered one pan pizza and received it as hand tossed. Pizza was left open on the counter and was completely cold before arriving home. Asked for light sauce. That apparently meant no sauce. Absolutely ridiculous
