We were really hoping for a classic Pizza Hut vibe. We came for an early dinner. It was strange. We had to order it to go register and then sat and ate our pizza without plates and forks. It's too bad.

This place has AWFUL customer service! We order pizza to go. We were given a total and when we arrive 15min later we’re informed they don’t have our order. After getting aggravated with us for not locating our order in the system and confirming the address was correct for pick up location the woman at the window and the manager both got angry and smart with us telling us they don’t have our order and the call center takes their orders and to call them back and figure it out and slammed the window in our face. Pizza is dry sausage taste like its 2 years out of date i wouldn't recommend eating anywhere in Ringgold ga food service and quality has went way down

My husband and I were traveling and stayed overnight in Ringgold. We ordered breads ticks and a large thin & crispy meat lovers pizza to go. It was the best Pizza Hut pizza we've ever eaten! I've never seen so many toppings on a pizza. The preparer was very generous with the toppings. The gentleman who waited on me was polite and friendly. Although this was a carryout order, I noted that the restaurant was clean. If I'm ever in Ringgold again, I will definitely stop here for a pizza!
