Tried to place an order for pick up, Was talking to someone who barely spoke English. Very difficult to understand, And then, after placing my order, she said she was gonna read it back to me And then said hold on that her server is glitching. After waiting for her server for 10 minutes, I finally gave up, Definitely will not be calling Pizza ever again
I was in a hurry trying to get pizza home to my husband and daughter, made an order through the app and when I got there, the card machine was not working when Sheldon tried to swipe my card. After several attempts and the system still saying it is busy, I was given my dinner at no charge. He did not know this, but I have been struggling with money and it made my dinner plans with my family a lot more stress free. So thank you so much Sheldon, you’re awesome!
