Ordered at 5:49pm , received cold, hard pizza and bread at 7:39pm. Almost 2 hours!!Used online chat twice, spoke to call center (rude) and tried calling directly multiple times with no answer and/or disconnect. After being told food expected at 6:18, I watched the time climb and I could not get ahold of anyone. Then I receive a text that door dash is delivering my food. Food was inedible and complete waste of money. Will never order from here again.
Dryest, most uncooked crust I've ever tasted.
Ordered a thin crust with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms; a stuffed-crust, and personal pan with extra cheese. All were perfect. You could tell they weren’t just thrown together. They tasted very much like “old 80s Pizza Hut”.
