Worst order from a Pizza Hut ever. I ordered a pan pizza that was not pan crust. It was light blonde undercooked and more thin like hand tossed. I ordered a hand tossed pizza that was flat as flat can be. It was chewy and oily like old dough and was literally thin as can be. The wings tasted so awful. I placed my order at 5:30p. When placing my order the est delivery time was 30-40mins. After placing my order it showed 6:45p eta which was 75 mins. At 7pm i started trying to call the store and every time was sent to the call center. Even the call center people attempted to contact the store with no success. The online chat was useless also. The call center could refund my order so now i will have to dispute the charge since the store doesnt answer.

Not great. They “forgot” My ordered/“bumped” it and didn’t start making it until 15 minutes AFTER I got to the store

If you're going to give people times, give them accurate times. If you can't do that, then don't give estimated times.
