Uber eats jacked up my order gave me two Big Cheese only pizzas with a daughter who has a mild gluten allergy. Could not do much about that since it was Uber but I ate the pizza it was delicious

I ordered online and had my fiancé pick up the order. He waited 30 to get to the pickup window and once he got to the window, the employee said they had to remake our pasta for whatever reason. He waited another 20 minutes until he finally decided to tap on the window. He asked how much longer for the pasta and the employee said, “Oh here it is.” Who knows how long it was just sitting there. He got home and all the food was cold and disgusting. Tonight I ordered pizza, 8:20pm. Waited until 8:50pm just to get the window and waited another 10 mins for the pizza. The lady told me they have to remake my pasta, waited another 20 mins for that. Got home and it’s all cold and nasty and they got my order wrong. Called and nobody will answer after ANOTHER 20 mins on hold. Will be asking for a refund.

Ordered through the app and a few minutes later, my order was cancelled. I called the store to see why and they said it was cancelled by accident. I reordered and the lady said she spoke with her manager and they were going to cover it because it was their mistake. Waited for over an hour and no one showed up. Edit: Decided to give them another chance and I’m regretting it.
