I basically got a par baked pizza. The handmade pan pizza crust is terrible and still doughy. Won't be coming back which is a shame as I was really pulling for this place over pizza hut.
The staff did great but it seems like Pizza Hut continues to shrink the amount of topping on each pizza I receive.
Been going here for many years, unfortunately service and product is declining. On my last visit, I ordered three pizzas and they told me they messed up one of them and needed to do a rebake. After waiting some time they told me they messed it up again and needed to do another rebake. At that point it was over an hour since the ordered and I had other commitments, so I asked for a refund on one pizza and I would take the other two.
