I basically got a par baked pizza. The handmade pan pizza crust is terrible and still doughy. Won't be coming back which is a shame as I was really pulling for this place over pizza hut.
The staff did great but it seems like Pizza Hut continues to shrink the amount of topping on each pizza I receive.
Been going here for many years, unfortunately service and product is declining. On my last visit, I ordered three pizzas and they told me they messed up one of them and needed to do a rebake. After waiting some time they told me they messed it up again and needed to do another rebake. At that point it was over an hour since the ordered and I had other commitments, so I asked for a refund on one pizza and I would take the other two. They said that refunds are not possible, only credits for future orders, and the future order ... read more
Order went through wrong in the app and restaurant not willing to work with me on fixing it. Ended up paying 27.84 for a single pizza instead of 25.99 for two. Restaurant would not make me a “free pizza” after I talked with them about the issue…
