The restaurant is cozy, and the food tastes fresh, though a couple of dishes could have been spiced up a bit.
Walked in and stood at the counter for about 10-15 minutes. Workers in the back on phones and people in the office chatting it up. Then after I was finally noticed. Was ask "how's it going" not a "sorry for the wait" or anything. Told them I had a pizza to pick and they said ok.
place order 15 minutes then pizza is ready 45 minutes and sorry we have 1 oven then dont take the orders or say 15 minutes. customer service terrible.
This location is absolutely horrendous. Just ordered a large pizza and it was so undercooked that it was inedible. Tried cooking it in our oven, but it was still floppy. I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again!
