This Pizza Hut has gone so down hill. The pizza has been terrible lately and I have had to get several refunds as well as several times they were “sold out” and you couldn’t order. Yesterday we ordered several pizzas on the mobile app and got a confirmation saying when they would be ready. It charged my card and notified me that my order was ready. When arriving at the store, the doors were locked and there was a sign that said, “closed for 2 hours due to not enough dough”. I don’t even know how that is possible for a pizza ... read more
Ordered a pizza between 9 and 10 pm ,no pizza was delivered and when I called the call center transferred me but no one answered the phone and I waited on the line about 45minutes listening to the recording.
