**UPDATED 12/14/24** Called for about 20 minutes, got call center. They said they would transfer me to store. Never got through. Went to store, they said phone never rang. This is the second time in three weeks this happened. Fix your call center. This is an update 12/14/2024. Once again tried calling 20 minutes. Call center again tried to transfer me to store. Could not get through. You've lost my business
Horrible experience.
The app doesn't work, the store won't answer the phone, and the call center in Bangladesh insists they're closed when they're clearly not. Show up to order in person and they don't even have enough cash in the register to make change. How can any business be this terrible and survive?
