I have bought boneless wings in douglas for a long time actually years and they used to be really good.. but the past 2 times I bought any it taste like they were fried the day before and put back in the grease the next day fried for about a minute or two and pulled up and the sauce poured on them ...they thing is when I have to pay a 1.00 a piece for a boneless wing I want it freshly fried ...I will not buy anymore wings at all from the pizza hut in douglas...if they need to see how to fix them right they need to go to the ... read more
Tried this again after the remodel. Awful experience. One hour wait and we were the only customers waiting for food. 20 takeouts went out the door during our wait. No one ever explained the issue. Customers who came in 30 minutes after us got food. Still no communication on our wait. Finally we went to the counter and were told it would be a while longer due to an error. Never again. Choose wisely but not this Pizza Hut in Douglas.
The store has undergone a much-needed upgrade since my last visit, making it look a lot more welcoming. The lady at the cash register was extremely nice and greeted me as I walked in. Our food was delicious, probably some of the best Pizza Hut we've ever had!
