Went to this pizza hut today. David as i was told by the front desk lady was using bare hands to scoop up cheese and put it into container of cheese. Then i observed him also using bare hands to pick up ingredients to make pizzas such as pepperonis. The cashier who didnt want to tell me her name used gloves when helping to make pizzas but she said the manager name whos name is David. Big guy, possible spanish worked at 7:00pm on 5/6 . Pizza was not cooked completely tasted terrible. The cashier had no idea what was going on. Worse service and food ever!
Ordered pizza at 1101. Pizza suppose to be ready at 11:35 for carry out. Arrived at 1143, it’s 12:26 no pizza. Only 1 person working on a Friday. Waiting over an hour and a half for my pizza to be ready. Ridiculous. They need to hire more help.
Order online. Delivered the wrong order. Called the restaurant nobody pick up the call. more than 2o minutes waiting. Call center are inexperienced and unprofessional hang up on me. Went to the restaurant only one employee at 12pm. Restaurant dirty. Complained about the missing food and employee wants to give me a store credit and if I want a refund for the food missing i have to wait until 4pm to the manager to come to see if they give me a refund.
