Disgusting location. Found 2 separate long brown hairs in one of my pizzas. Call and asked for a refund on that pizza. Was told that I could only have a credit towards a future order. I said I do not want to order from this location again and was again refused a refund, only a partial credit. I was told to bring my pizzas back if I wanted a full refund. When I did they refused to give a refund because one was partially eaten. Complete waste of my time driving back to the store to be refused any sort of help.

I ordered through the pizza hut app and had a promo code for a free flatbread pizza. My total was $6 which I paid through the app. When I arrived to pick up my pizza I was told I now owed an additional $5, which was the amount of the free pizza. I showed them my online receipt showing it was paid in full. I was told that the app must have glitched and that it wasn’t their fault but I would have to pay the extra $5 to get either of my pizzas.
