I order from this store a lot so I am very disappointed in the service I received today. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, a cheese pizza, 8 piece wings, two litter soda, a personal pan pizza combo, an extra cream cheese icing and cinnamon sticks. The driver arrived with the pizzas but did not bring the wings, drink, or the extra icing. I told him I am going to give him the tip when he returns. Horrible customer service! I placed an online order to be delivered at 5pm. Someone from the store called me to confirm that I wanted my order at 5pm. My order was never delivered. When I called at 5:30 to see where my order was, I was told that my order was made at 3pm and still sitting in the hot box waiting to be picked up. I waited on hold for a manager for 20 minutes with no resolution. The girl that I spoke to refused to give me her name. I still don’t have a pizza and they still have my money.
