We have ordered from Pizza Hut for years but that will change. Not because our pizza was missing slices, but because when we called we were basically told "too bad". Instead of fixing the problem they communicated "we don't need to take care of a loyal customer by sending them a pizza with all of its slices; we make enough money that we won't feel their absence."
