I ordered my food at 8:45PM with special instructions to “leave at door and notify”, the app told me it’d be here by 9:24PM. I got a notification at 10PM that the food would be on the way, okay no problem must be pretty busy. I live two streets over, no more than 5 minutes away from the store under the harshest traffic. After about 30 minutes, and 4 calls to the store to which 3 of them were forwarded and another one put me on hold until I just hung up. Soggy crust, had to wrestle the slices apart. There’s a better place on Blanding that is local.

I’ve always brought my pizza from this location but today I ordered two pizzas 1)hand toss cheese 2) tavern bbq pizza Tavern bbq pizza was literally burnt , I called I was very polite I did not scream or anything like that The lady understood but when she told the manager, the manager was like that’s how the tavern look with light cheese , now if the pizza sliding all over the box and sound like musical chairs that means it’s over cooked I even drove up and asked them if they want he pizza back so they don’t think it’s a sca... read more

I ordered a personal pan pizza for pickup this morning @ 10:27am. Was told 15 minutes, I was there in 25 minutes. No one was even there, place was supposed to be open....did employee forget to show up for work? Called the store after sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes. My call was forwarded to a call center??? I was on hold for over 11 minutes. Ridiculous, no pizza is worth this aggrevation, especially a $8 pizza. Will probably never order here again!!!
