I ordered a personal pan pizza for pickup this morning @ 10:27am. Was told 15 minutes, I was there in 25 minutes. No one was even there, place was supposed to be open....did employee forget to show up for work? Called the store after sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes. My call was forwarded to a call center??? I was on hold for over 11 minutes. Ridiculous, no pizza is worth this aggrevation, especially a $8 pizza. Will probably never order here again!!!
We ordered 2 pizzas, first 2 had zero sauce. Took it back and the lady made us feel like we were wrong for being unhappy with zero sauce. She said the sauce was made to spec...but there was zero sauce. So they remade our pizzas and told us we should have ordered extra sauce. So they said they'll remake it with extra sauce. If I could post q picture I could show you guys how absolutelydry this extra sauce pizza is..we will never go back to pizza hut bc of this one location.
Tip Tip Tip.. but you didnt fill my drink while I sat and ate because there is no seating here. I also drove to you. I was asked 3 times to tip at what amounts to fast food. Why 3 times?
